In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Etsy sellers and buyers, providing exceptional assistance to help them manage their online stores, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Etsy sellers and buyers via email, chat, and phone.

  • Assist sellers with account setup, store management, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Resolve technical and operational issues related to product listings, payments, and shipping.

  • Provide guidance on Etsy policies, tools, and best practices to enhance seller performance.

  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track resolution progress.

  • Uphold Etsy’s commitment to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive marketplace.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service, online support, or e-commerce assistance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or CMS systems preferred.

  • Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, online sales support, or e-commerce operations.

  • Experience with remote work environments and digital communication tools is highly valued.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

  • Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required to support global sellers.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
