Job Summary


HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Partnership Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand HubSpot’s digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in partnership development, digital marketing, or business development.


As a Digital Partnership Executive, you will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue, enhance brand presence, and deliver mutual value across the digital landscape.




Key Responsibilities



  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new digital partners aligned with HubSpot’s growth objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to drive engagement and business opportunities.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that ensure mutual value and compliance.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and digital strategies.

  • Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs to assess ROI and optimize partnership strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital partnership opportunities.

  • Present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance and strategic recommendations.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or digital marketing roles.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partner performance.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital analytics platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.




Experience



  • 3–5 years of experience in digital partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or digital marketing industries is highly desirable.
