Job Summary


Salesforce is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Manager to join our global success team. Key Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their continued success with Salesforce products and services.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, providing proactive support and guidance throughout their customer journey.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions to align product use with customer goals.

  • Analyze customer data to identify usage trends, adoption gaps, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to customers for maximizing product value and ROI.

  • Address client concerns and manage escalations effectively and efficiently.

  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies where needed.

  • Drive customer advocacy through engagement, referrals, and participation in Salesforce communities and events.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems—Salesforce experience highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs.

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.




Experience



  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a customer success, client management, or related role.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale SaaS implementations is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in remote collaboration and virtual customer engagement is highly desirable.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.

  • Flexibility required to accommodate clients in different time zones.
