CitiBank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to join our global finance team. This role is designed for professionals who excel in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and maintaining accurate records that drive effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely processing of financial transactions and maintain data accuracy within internal systems.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing relevant financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and streamline workflows.
Ensure compliance with CitiBank’s internal financial policies and global regulatory standards.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Analyze financial trends and prepare reports to aid in forecasting and budgeting.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or potential financial risks in operational processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or similar financial software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in financial operations, banking, or corporate finance roles.
Previous experience in a global financial institution or multinational organization is preferred.
Experience with data reconciliation, financial reporting, and process automation will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position: 40 hours per week
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on region and project needs).
