Job Summary


Google Ads is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven PPC Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing pay-per-click campaigns to drive measurable results, increase ROI, and enhance overall digital marketing performance. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding strategies, analytics, and conversion optimization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure that every campaign meets business objectives and performance targets.




Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid media channels.

  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve ad relevance.

  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for optimal engagement and conversion.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting strategies and audience segmentation.

  • Generate comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.

  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, new tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing objectives.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify improvement areas.

  • Implement A/B testing and track results to continually improve campaign effectiveness.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly within Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SEM principles, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Video) is highly preferred.




Experience



  • Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in PPC or performance marketing.

  • Experience in managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is an added advantage.




Working Hours
