Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to provide insights that influence business strategy.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, threats, and consumer preferences to inform strategic recommendations.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all research outputs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, research methodologies, and technological advancements in data analytics.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, SPSS, SAS, or Tableau.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive analysis techniques.

  • Familiarity with survey design, data collection methods, and statistical modeling is a plus.




Experience



  • 2–5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or consulting environments is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and supporting strategic business decisions.




Working Hours



  • Standard full-time hours; flexible schedules may be available.

  • Some projects may require extended hours or collaboration across time zones.
