Testlio is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mobile App Testers to join our global network of remote quality assurance professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, usability, and regression testing on mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues with clear, actionable steps for developers.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden or complex issues in app functionality.
- Test applications under real-world conditions to simulate end-user experiences.
- Maintain and update testing documentation, reports, and feedback logs.
- Continuously improve testing strategies to enhance app quality and user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for detecting inconsistencies or bugs.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile platforms and app ecosystems.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and QA processes.
- Basic knowledge of testing tools and bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting of issues.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Experience
- Previous experience in mobile app testing, software QA, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience using mobile devices for testing and familiarity with different screen sizes, OS versions, and device types is a plus.
