Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive front-end solutions for Shopify’s web applications.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Translate design wireframes, prototypes, and business requirements into fully functional code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain the highest quality codebase.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continually enhance Shopify’s platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front-end development or related roles.
Proven track record of building complex, high-traffic web applications.
