Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents across multiple platforms.

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits under supervision.

  • Assist in the implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Analyze security logs and reports to identify anomalies and potential threats.

  • Support senior analysts in threat investigations and incident resolution.

  • Maintain documentation of security incidents, findings, and corrective actions.

  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cybersecurity principles.

  • Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security monitoring tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.




Experience



  • No prior professional experience required; internship or academic exposure to cybersecurity is a plus.

  • Candidates with certifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) will be preferred.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts may be required, depending on operational needs.

  • Remote work opportunities may be available based on project requirements.
