Data Analyst Internship – IT Services

Job Summary

IBM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our IT Services team. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

• Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or IT services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on exposure to data collection, cleaning, visualization, or reporting will be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Flexible internship hours, typically 20–30 hours per week.
• Duration: 3–6 months (depending on the program schedule).
