Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging online courses across various subjects.

- Monitor course performance and gather feedback to continuously improve learning materials.
- Stay updated with trends and innovations in e-learning, instructional design, and educational technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-learning course design and development.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Captivate Prime, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging learning experiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, course development, or e-learning content creation.
- Experience designing courses for a global audience is a plus.
- Portfolio of successfully developed online courses is highly desirable.
