As a Virtual HR Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across multiple industries, while using innovative recruitment technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and workforce planning needs.


• Post job openings on multiple platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.


• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and facilitate the offer process.


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.


• Develop and maintain candidate relationships, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.


• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.


• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities effectively.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.


• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and virtual collaboration tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.


• Experience handling virtual or remote recruitment is highly preferred.
