As a Technical Support Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely solutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Document customer interactions accurately and update support tickets in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and educate them on product features.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technical procedures.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networking concepts.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and follow procedures accurately.

  • Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.




Experience:



  • No prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level position.

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or IT helpdesk is a plus.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.
