Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to streamline data processes.

- Continuously look for ways to automate repetitive data tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good understanding of database structures, cloud storage, and data governance principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or data coordination roles.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Experience with Amazon systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
- Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local time).
- Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required during peak business periods.
