Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight operations, ensuring smooth and timely pickup, transport, and delivery of shipments.


• Track and monitor shipments through various stages and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.


• Communicate with carriers, warehouse teams, and customer service departments to resolve issues or delays.


• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.


• Optimize freight routes and carrier selection to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.


• Analyze shipping performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance logistics operations.


• Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving shipment-related concerns.


• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain inventory accuracy and streamline supply chain processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven knowledge of freight coordination, logistics operations, or supply chain management.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with carriers and clients.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software (TMS/WMS systems).


• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and time management.


• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in freight logistics, dispatch coordination, or transportation operations.


• Prior experience in an international shipping or logistics company (preferred).


• Knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentation (advantageous).

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).


• Flexibility required during peak shipment periods or for urgent delivery coordination.
