Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for IT and operational projects.
- Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and systems to recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications.
- Support project planning, implementation, and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and progress.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and discuss solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation standards, and methodologies.
- Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT, consulting, or enterprise software environments.
- Prior experience with Oracle applications or cloud solutions is highly desirable.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise projects and remote collaboration tools.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Flexible work hours with core overlap times for team meetings and collaboration.
- Occasional participation in global calls across different time zones may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and system requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate it effectively to business stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Skilled in requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- High adaptability and self-motivation in a virtual work environment.
