Key Responsibilities

Support and guide volunteer moderators, offering best practices and resources for effective community management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
Proven experience managing online communities, preferably on social platforms like Reddit, Discord, or similar forums.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of online culture, social media trends, and digital engagement best practices.
Conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report community metrics.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital engagement roles.

Working Hours
