Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau software.
Translate business requirements and data insights into clear, intuitive, and actionable visualizations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to understand data sources, structure, and business needs.
Optimize data visualizations for usability, performance, and scalability.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in visual outputs.
Provide training and guidance to business users on dashboard interpretation and usage.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data visualization, BI tools, and analytics best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
Proficient in SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and data storytelling abilities.
Experience with other visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R is advantageous.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
Proven track record of designing and deploying Tableau dashboards in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Working Hours
Standard full-time schedule, typically 40 hours per week.
Flexibility for remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered.
