Job Description

We are seeking Patient Support Representatives to provide compassionate assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance verification.
