Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
