Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on products, categories, and market trends to identify opportunities for new listings or improvements.
Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer reviews to provide actionable insights.
Gather and organize data from various sources, including online marketplaces, analytics tools, and internal databases.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal teams.
Monitor emerging trends, customer demands, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to support product selection and optimization efforts.
Maintain accurate records of research findings, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or eBay.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in product research, market analysis, e-commerce, or a related field.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplace tools is a plus.
Prior experience in remote roles or digital collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello) preferred.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours; standard full-time schedule is 40 hours per week.
Some coordination with global teams may require occasional early or late meetings.
