Job Summary


Infosys is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst to join our global operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations by monitoring processes, analyzing data, resolving operational issues, and coordinating between departments to enhance efficiency. This role demands strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


As an Operations Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving business workflows, optimizing system performance, and supporting both internal teams and client operations through data-driven insights and effective problem-solving.




Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor daily operations and ensure business processes run efficiently and accurately.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and system-related issues promptly.

  • Support project implementation and system upgrades by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assist management in decision-making.

  • Manage documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for assigned processes.

  • Collaborate with IT, finance, HR, and client teams to maintain operational excellence.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance productivity, automation, and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and quality standards.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior management while ensuring timely resolution.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and process automation tools.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, process management, business analysis, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude may also apply).

  • Experience in a corporate, IT, or service industry environment preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or ticketing platforms is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible working schedule with potential hybrid or remote working options, depending on project requirements.

  • Must be available during core business hours to support global operations when needed.
