Job Summary

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in developing and implementing digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and social media channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for engagement, conversion, and ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance ad reach and relevance.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and test ad visuals, copy, and landing pages.

  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.

  • Support A/B testing and budget management for ongoing advertising initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and advertising technology.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising strategies.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.




Experience



  • No prior professional experience required; however, internship experience or academic projects related to digital marketing will be an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of data interpretation and marketing analytics is desirable.




Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with a hybrid or remote option, depending on project requirements.

  • Typically 20–30 hours per week during academic sessions, and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
