Job Summary
Zoho is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in daily operations, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and updating CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes and timely resolution of client queries.
- Assist in generating quotations, proposals, and contracts for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all interactions are logged in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate follow-ups to maintain long-term relationships.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience with CRM tools, data management, and reporting is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Occasional coordination with global teams may require adaptability to different time zones.
