Job Summary:
Telehealth Solutions is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Patient Care Executive to join our remote care team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support to patients, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
As a Patient Care Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, addressing queries, managing patient records, and coordinating follow-ups—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, or billing concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Track and follow up on patient feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, and report generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare customer service, patient coordination, or medical administration preferred.
- Experience in a telehealth or remote healthcare environment is a strong advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Flexible work-from-home schedule may include occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on patient needs.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Ability to navigate and manage multiple communication channels effectively.
