Job Summary:

Telehealth Solutions is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Patient Care Executive to join our remote care team. This role focuses on providing high-quality support to patients, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

As a Patient Care Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, addressing queries, managing patient records, and coordinating follow-ups—all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, or billing concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Track and follow up on patient feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, and report generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly.
  • Empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare customer service, patient coordination, or medical administration preferred.
  • Experience in a telehealth or remote healthcare environment is a strong advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible work-from-home schedule may include occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on patient needs.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Ability to navigate and manage multiple communication channels effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
