Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR business partners and recruiters to analyze talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate recruitment metrics, employee engagement, retention, and performance trends.
Generate and present actionable reports and dashboards to support decision-making across HR functions.
Assist in developing strategies for talent acquisition, internal mobility, and succession planning.
Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee records and metrics.
Monitor HR KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted data insights.
Participate in special HR projects and audits as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, metrics, and reporting tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HR processes, talent management, and recruitment workflows.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or talent management roles.
Experience in a multinational or remote work environment is highly preferred.
Prior exposure to HR information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
Some overlap with global teams may be required depending on projects.
