Key Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging Salesforce products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, providing insights to improve service quality and client retention.

  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize value and engagement.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in Salesforce CRM.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a customer-first approach.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.




Experience



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, client services, or a similar role.

  • Experience in handling high-volume client interactions and providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM platforms and SaaS products is a plus.




Working Hours



  • This is a full-time work-from-home position.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones may be required based on customer needs.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can vary depending on team and region).
