HCL Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.


• Support screening and shortlisting of resumes based on job requirements.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate details.


• Participate in employer branding activities and campus recruitment drives.


• Support HR team in onboarding processes and documentation.


• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and assist in improving recruitment processes.


• Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• No prior work experience required; internships, academic projects, or volunteer experience in HR/recruitment will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time or part-time options available, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility as per academic schedules.
