Key Responsibilities



  • Provide virtual administrative support to executives, entrepreneurs, and business teams.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and data entry with high accuracy.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Conduct online research and compile relevant information for projects.

  • Assist with task management, project tracking, and follow-up on deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Experience
