Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems, providing accurate and courteous support.
Assist learners with course navigation, enrollment, and troubleshooting technical issues on Coursera’s platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions, feedback, and reported issues.
Monitor course content and updates to provide accurate guidance and maintain a high-quality learner experience.
Provide proactive assistance to learners to help improve engagement, course completion, and satisfaction.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of support resources and FAQs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic technical proficiency with online learning platforms, web tools, and digital communication tools.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, learner support, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
