Job Summary
CitiBank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Corporate Banking division. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Banking team in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and client reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial models, presentations, and internal reports for clients and senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing corporate banking projects.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and internal documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
- Previous internship experience in finance, banking, or corporate consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Academic projects or coursework demonstrating understanding of corporate finance principles are valued.
Working Hours
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday (flexible hours may be considered based on intern availability).
- Internship duration: Typically 8–12 weeks, with potential extension based on performance.
