Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Meet performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar, clarity, and professional tone.

  • Proficiency in using computers, chat platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries efficiently.

Experience



  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in live chat support or online communication with customers is a strong advantage.
