Job Summary
Deloitte’s HR Apprenticeship Program is a premier opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in Human Resources within a global, dynamic professional services environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and performance management activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.
- Provide administrative support to HR leaders, helping streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR data to generate insights that support decision-making and enhance employee experience.
- Assist in coordinating internal communications and HR events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
Experience
- No prior professional HR experience required; internships or academic projects in HR or related areas are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or volunteer activities will be considered favorably.
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
