Job Summary


Deloitte’s HR Apprenticeship Program is a premier opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in Human Resources within a global, dynamic professional services environment. This program is designed to equip you with practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge HR practices across multiple business units. As an HR Apprentice, you will contribute to core HR functions, participate in strategic projects, and develop the skills necessary to grow into a future HR professional at Deloitte.




Key Responsibilities



  • Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and performance management activities.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

  • Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.

  • Provide administrative support to HR leaders, helping streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

  • Analyze HR data to generate insights that support decision-making and enhance employee experience.

  • Assist in coordinating internal communications and HR events, fostering a positive workplace culture.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.




Experience



  • No prior professional HR experience required; internships or academic projects in HR or related areas are a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or volunteer activities will be considered favorably.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on business needs.
