Key Responsibilities



  • Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and messages on behalf of clients in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar invites accurately using digital tools.

  • Maintain client records and databases with confidentiality and precision.

  • Greet clients virtually, provide information, and handle inquiries efficiently.

  • Route calls or messages to the appropriate department or individual as needed.

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and task completion.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Zirtual’s professional standards at all times.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Female candidates only.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

  • Professional phone etiquette and a friendly, confident tone.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.




Experience



  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service roles (virtual experience preferred).

  • Prior remote work experience will be considered a strong advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote schedule based on client needs.

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.

  • Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours (EST/PST) when required.
