Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support business units in answering data-driven questions and solving operational challenges.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and strategies.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in data analysis or reporting is considered a strong advantage.
Working Hours
- This is a remote contract position, with flexible working hours.
- Candidates should be able to maintain consistent availability during core business hours and meet project deadlines.
