Key Responsibilities
Listen to audio and video files and transcribe spoken content into accurate captions.
Apply proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting in accordance with company transcription guidelines.
Time-sync captions accurately to ensure alignment with audio/video content.
Review and edit your own work for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure consistency and maintain high standards.
Meet deadlines while handling multiple transcription projects simultaneously.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all client content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand diverse accents and speech patterns.
Familiarity with transcription software or willingness to learn company tools.
