Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that influence business strategies.
- Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and Data Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide business planning and growth initiatives.
- Translate business needs into data analysis requirements and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Assist in improving existing data processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Participate in business planning sessions and contribute to financial modeling and forecasting activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of data analytics methodologies and key performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Internship experience in a technology, consulting, or finance environment is a plus.
- Experience working on data-driven projects or using analytics to solve real-world problems is desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Hybrid work model: combination of remote and on-site collaboration.
- Occasional coordination with international teams may require flexibility across time zones.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic objectives.
