Google is looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst – Early Career professional to join our dynamic global team. Key Responsibilities



  • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that influence business strategies.

  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and Data Studio.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide business planning and growth initiatives.

  • Translate business needs into data analysis requirements and present findings to key stakeholders.

  • Assist in improving existing data processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Participate in business planning sessions and contribute to financial modeling and forecasting activities.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).

  • Understanding of data analytics methodologies and key performance indicators.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.

  • A strong sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role.

  • Internship experience in a technology, consulting, or finance environment is a plus.

  • Experience working on data-driven projects or using analytics to solve real-world problems is desirable.




Working Hours



  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Hybrid work model: combination of remote and on-site collaboration.

  • Occasional coordination with international teams may require flexibility across time zones.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic objectives.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
