Job Summary
EY is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Tableau. Key Responsibilities

- Use Excel to perform data analysis, create pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards to visualize insights effectively and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Assist in preparing regular analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex datasets to support business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the analysis process.
- Support senior analysts and consultants in data modeling and predictive analytics initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Experience
- Fresh graduates or students currently pursuing a degree in a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or coursework experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, typically Monday to Friday.
- Option for remote or hybrid working, depending on project requirements.
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week, based on academic schedule and internship duration.

- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and visualization principles.
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed quantitative analysis.
