Job Summary


Amazon is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Seller Support Executive to join our global support team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Amazon sellers, assisting them with their account management, product listings, order issues, and performance improvement. You will play a vital role in ensuring sellers have a smooth experience on the Amazon platform, helping them grow their business while upholding Amazon’s commitment to customer obsession and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide real-time support to Amazon sellers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to listings, payments, and policy compliance.

  • Guide sellers through account setup, product uploads, and operational best practices.

  • Document all interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on unresolved queries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve seller issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.




Experience



  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, seller support, or e-commerce operations.

  • Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or e-commerce company will be an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible shift options including rotational, weekend, and night shifts depending on business requirements.
