Schbang is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate – Social Media to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful posts, reels, and stories.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
Monitor current trends, competitors, and social conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Support the marketing team with campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and paid social media promotions.
Stay updated with emerging social media tools, best practices, and platform updates to enhance performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and content strategy.
Basic understanding of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital campaign management.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours with occasional weekend work during campaign launches or live events.
