Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist finance teams in preparing financial statements, management reports, and business forecasts.
- Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance with PwC standards.
- Contribute to budgeting and cost control processes across departments.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and records in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance technical and analytical capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial software or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- No prior full-time experience is required; however, internships, coursework projects, or part-time work in finance or accounting will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a professional career in finance and continuous learning.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
