Job Summary:
Social Beat is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that align with client goals, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and optimize social media performance to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and industry developments to create innovative content strategies.
- Write, design, and schedule high-quality content that reflects brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for clients and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong online communities to foster brand loyalty.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, policies, and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing posts and campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Experience working with brands or agencies handling multiple clients is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- Flexible working hours may be considered for exceptional candidates, with occasional weekend support for campaign launches.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Capacity to adapt to evolving trends in social media and marketing strategies.
