Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and client-facing purposes.
Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to understand analytics requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Apply statistical models, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Support data governance, quality assurance, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist in the development of automated tools and workflows to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Prior experience in consulting, finance, or technology projects is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard office hours with flexibility based on project requirements.
Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
