Job Summary

Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to understand analytics requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Apply statistical models, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Support data governance, quality assurance, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of automated tools and workflows to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Prior experience in consulting, finance, or technology projects is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard office hours with flexibility based on project requirements.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Expertise in data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
