Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.
- Support the engineering team in executing mechanical projects and solutions.
- Conduct testing, analysis, and performance evaluations of mechanical equipment.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions.
- Learn and adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices in engineering operations.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Knowledge of standard mechanical tools, machinery, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or students in the final year of their mechanical engineering program are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience in mechanical engineering will be considered advantageous but is not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours as per L&T company policy.
- Flexible schedules may be offered depending on project requirements.
- Apprentices are expected to adhere to workplace safety and operational guidelines during all working hours.
