Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for business-critical applications.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement AI-driven solutions.
Build predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical techniques.
Continuously monitor model performance, implement improvements, and ensure scalability.
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data science trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of AI techniques, including natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
Knowledge of big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in a business context is highly desirable.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
