Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight by following all safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure emergency equipment is functional and accessible.
- Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarkation.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
- Handle passenger queries and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and first aid situations calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organize supplies as per airline standards.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 (High School) education; graduation preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physically fit with the ability to meet the airline’s health and appearance standards.
- Height and weight must meet airline-specific requirements for safety and uniform standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior cabin crew experience required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Flexible work schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and night flights.
- Flight schedules may require early morning or late-night departures.
- Onboard duty typically ranges from 6–12 hours per flight, depending on the route.
