Key Responsibilities:
Accurately review and analyze patient medical records and documentation.
Assign appropriate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and billing teams to clarify documentation as needed.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes.
Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding principles (training provided).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in medical coding or healthcare is a plus but not required.
