Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display networks.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging digital strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and analytics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote role.
