Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online tutoring sessions for students from different grades and subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with Vedantu’s curriculum.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Engage students through interactive teaching methods, quizzes, and activities.
- Address student queries and provide support outside scheduled sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching strategies.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment during online sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in any discipline (preference for those with a background in Science, Math, English, or related subjects).
- Strong command over the subject you intend to teach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students.
- Ability to plan and deliver structured, interactive, and engaging lessons.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience (even informal) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
