Martin Marietta, a leading provider of construction aggregates and heavy building materials, is seeking a skilled CDL Class B Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and other construction materials to various job sites while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class B dump truck to transport construction materials to and from job sites.
Load and unload materials using proper equipment and techniques, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and compliance with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and site personnel regarding schedules, delays, or issues.
Follow all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies while driving.
Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Assist in site operations as needed, including clean-up or positioning of materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience operating dump trucks, preferably in construction or heavy materials transport.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, maps, and safety guidelines.
Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience driving Class B dump trucks or similar heavy equipment.
Previous experience in construction, aggregates, or related industries preferred.
Working Hours:
Full-time position with standard work hours; may include early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends depending on project needs.
Flexibility required for overtime during peak construction periods.
